If it has no holes, no reason not to.
I don't replace mine until they break or get a bad hole.
Best replacement (when it comes to it) is stainless steel Delkevic -
They fit perfectly and are of excellent quality.
I have used them to replace the exhaust headers on all 4 of my ST1100s when they did fail.
On the ST1100, mine usually failed on the right collector.
It is shaped like a cupped hand facing upward so it collects water and over time it eventually rusts out.

You use Delkevic's headers with original Honda rear mufflers …

Yes - the original silencers fit on to the Delkevic's headers perfectly.
Everything lines up with the replacement headers just like the OEM system but the Delkevics are all stainless steel - including the clamps.
I did replace the bolts that attach the exhaust heat shields to the headers with new socket head stainless steel bolts while I was at it.

I would not know, but based on my experience with Delkevic 'fit and finish' on the ST1100, I would expect the same on their ST1300 offering.
If you are still in doubt, I would just contact them to be 100% sure.
