Best place (though not cheap) for matching paint is Colorite - they guarantee a match (and stand behind their guarantee) -

I already got the paint and it spot on match the company sprayed the cap and it looks great just waiting for dam moment to do it the weather is so damp here in nyc. Appreciate you reaching out though

They mixed me a batch and it did not exactly match (hard color - two coats)
So they mixed another batch and sent me that one free of charge.
I don't mind paying extra for quality and great support!
