Anybody tried any? I'm on a tight budget at the moment and looking for some input and or pics...and yes I googled it ;)

If it's replacement mirrors you need, you could consider bar end mirrors or possibly auto style generic units that you could mount into the location of your original mirrors.

are your mirrors completely gone or just broken glass? If you just need new glass, most automotive glass shops will cut you replacement mirrors that you can pop into the stock housings.

I broke my mirror glass years ago. Being cheap, I read somewhere on this forum about cutting some reflective silver film and putting in the place of the glass. I tried that but didn't care for how it worked. It was probably more due to how inept I am measuring and cutting.: I then got a couple of those cheap blindspot circular mirrors and stuck those on top of my repair. I think they were 3 inch ones. Those have worked out great for me, I like the field of vision I can see behind and beside me.

All I basically have left to work with, is the left side mirror housing, and both turn signals. Both mirror bases ( the aluminum part ) are broke in half.

Replacement.

Yea, I was looking at some that were supposed to be for the ST, but they looked fairly universal to me...

Planning on getting oem replacements if I can find some cheap or win the lottery and buy em.
Has anyone put any on in that type? Seems like it would work 'ok'. They're cheap enough anywho....

They look like they will work, but it's gonna leave a big ugly hole where the mirror cover was......

And require a replacement t/signal relay too... (LED and that...)

You could monitor eBay, used ones should come for ~ $ 40,-/piece...
Or check for new ones, which aren't that expensive:

I'm sure that sources like Partzilla could beat those prices...

Unfortunately finding used mirror mounts will be tough. It seems that any kind of tip over on these bikes involve the mirrors at some level and finding good used mirror parts is tough. Like mentioned earlier buying new may be an option or look for used parts on ebay and find those with good usable parts to replace the broken parts on the aluminum structure. Kind of a Frankenstein. But my guess is they all have the same broken parts.

Yup, that's the conclusion I came up with too. It'll have oe mirrors on it again at some point, I just need something to throw at it for a minute, so I can get it legal again. Well that and so I can see behind me, lol!

Do you still have the broken parts ?? You could have them welded back together and have a glass shop replace the mirror glass.

No, the other halves of the mirror are laying by the road wherever the PO crashed the thing  I'll prolly end up getting those mirrors for the mean time, although I am looking for the RH mirror shelter if anyone has one laying around needing a home....

Do they sell individually, cause I could only put one on right now this minute

But yea, I'll prolly do the clear ones once I get the opportunity.
