• Start with a City beginning with A
    • This is BY STATE
    • Similar to the Tag contest, there will be one thread per state
    • Post a picture of your bike AND some sign, building etc which clearly shows the city/state you're in
    • The next person posts from a city with the name beginning with B, then C, D, etc
    • You can't posts back-to-back pics, you have to wait for a person to post the next city
    • Once Z is reached, the game starts over with A
    • If your state doesn't have a city beginning with the next letter in sequence, it's okay to skip that letter
    • If the location sits for more than one month, the person that posted that is open to move it to the next letter.

The World Wide game is a bit different as it is by whatever is considered a geographic type of regional category, state/province/village etc. and all those will be in the single World Wide A-Z topic.

Re: IA: A to Z

I keep hoping someone riding in Iowa will happen to pass by the next "E" town. Let's see how long we can keep this going. It's not THAT cold yet. The official high around here today was 64*F.

Re: IA: A to Z

Here's "E" Pretty small town; Nothing in town has its name on it.

Re: IA: A to Z

Am I the only one in Iowa that is riding ........:)

No, but I've only put on 861 miles so far this year. Also, I've been tied up with family things most weekends and then this weekend (until this morning anyway) was bike maintenance to replace the head cover gaskets, plugs, and rear brake pads. Just got the bike put back together and plan to do a shake-down run to seat the brakes and see if I screwed something up or not. :)

Re: IA: A to Z

Brakes work SO much better when new. Will see if the new plugs give me better mpg or not. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't if the old ones were still working ok.

Here you go Brian.

Re: IA: A to Z

It tows great. We went for a 200 mile ride on Saturday and it did great. About 15 miles on gravel/dirt roads too.
I also took it out with 150 lbs. of sand weights from my pick'em truck. I ran it up to 100 down the road for a few miles and all tracked just fine.
I'll post some close-up finished pic.s in my albums soon.
By the way guys......who's posting the next town......:)

Re: IA: A to Z

OK, I will post the next town. I took a short ride around town running errands. Here's "J" for Johnston

No grip puppies (they were getting old anyway) and my old CrampBuster broke so got a new one. Trying it out on this ride.
