There's a long road from concept image to on the road production bike. Part of that road includes expansion of the hydrogen fuel infrastructure beyond a couple dozen places in California and one in Honolulu.

The big issue for using hydrogen for motorcycles is weight, no matter if for internal combustion or fuel cells. The hydrogen is under extreme pressure and requires a heavy tank to hold it.
