Into The Unknown

Made it to and shut down in lexington ve, about 180 mi to switchback creek campground, where ill spend tomorrow night. Cabin fever!!!!
I got snowed on only five or six times today and i guess that counts as a good day at this point.
The firtst one was really wet flakes and it blocked my vision quite a bit, so i pulled into a rest area. A guy pulled in and asked if i was nuts. I assured him that i was the whole friggin can of nuts!
But here in lexington, its about 50 deg and im sitting outside with more than a t shirt on (joe)!
Looking at excellent weather here for the rest of the week and i am gonna savor it!

Beautiful pictures! I guess you gotta ride through the ice to get to appreciate nice! 45 degrees will be a heat wave for you.
Happy camping!
The first three days were by far, the worst three days ive had in all of my tours. But, it it getting really nice now! Looking forward to complaining about the heat!

Glad you didn't bring the snow with you. Looks like a fun campground!

What is that rack that you have on the back of your bike? Looks real sturdy.
