WB, medio May through medio September is the best time.
May is usually dry, but can be cold, and July is sometimes rainful, but milder.

I'm a coffee snob.
I heard of Cuervo in a country song, but I remember some worms in Mezcal bottles.
And I may or may not have had some of those.

If you're referring to a particular orange-flavored liqueur it's Cointreau.
