Where should go the rubber flaps?

Hello. I've searched about it in the workshop manual and in the forum with no success.

Anyone can tell me where the rubber flap covers should go?

EG: The long one with the four holes, should be over the alternator or over the admision stuff? I have two or three more and I have no idea at this point where did I take them off from.

Hi. There are airbox and frame pictures. #49 #53 and #54 on frame picture and #12 on airbox picture are rubber heat shields.
