The bike wont start now upon further research ive found out honda put a black coating there and not take it off am i screwed and changing the fuel body assy

Check your 5way tee (#17 in diagram) , that is connected to the Map Sensor.

You'll have to pull the air box to get to it.

Well, your buddy does not know much about fuel injectors and throttle bodies.
As Bob pointed out, your code was probably caused by a dirty five way tee.
Easy fix, very common.
IF you removed the moly strips off the butterflies,
Your friend owes you a throttle body assembly.
At one time, Honda had a repair kit for replacing the coating, but you had to detail strip it apart, paint it on, and bake it in a really hot oven for several hours, and then it almost never worked.
Sorry to be the one to tell you, you screwed up.

did that first it came back then i jumper the plug in the back and counted the blinks it was a tps code the 5 way was clear
You were probably seeing a historical code, if you didn’t clear your codes properly.
Back probing the data link is not a good way to do that either.

Some GM trucks have this coating too. I bought a used GMC van and every year or so, the gas pedal would start sticking. Push harder, and the butterfly in the throttle body would open and the truck would surge ahead. My mechanic told me the butterfly was sticking - not the gas pedal and that somebody had done what you did before I bought the truck. I had the truck for about 10 years...and got pretty good at pulling the engine cover in the cab (first time I could not figure out how to remove it with the seats in place), yanking the air cleaner and swabbing out the top of the t-body with carb cleaner. Unfortunately it is more difficult to get to the tb's on an ST than my van.

The coating prevents the build up of crud on the inside of the throttle body and subsequent sticking of the butterfly valve.

The black moly like substance on both the top on one side, and the bottom of the opposite side of the butterfly NEEDS to be there, and should not be remove for any reason.
This stuff is important, and placed there by the factory. It serves as both a lubricant and a sealant when the butterflies open and close.
The bike will run poorly if any/all of it is removed.
Honda sells a Kit to replace it, if it is ever damaged, however, this involves removing the entire TB assemblies, detail stripping the assembly down to parts, and painting it back on the parts, and cooking it in your oven at very high temps.
I have never seen good results from folks who used the kit, and they usually ended up buying complete new assemblies.
I seriously hope you didn't remove the stuff

Sorry to be the one to point out the damage, but what do you say we fix it for you now?
Go to the RAN list, US, and Atlanta Georgia, and look up John Sibley (Aniwack) and reach out to him with a private message.
Or you can call him 404 542-8180, but be sure to leave a message, as he won't pick up call's that he does not know, or that I have not referred to him.
I spoke with him this morning, and he has several spare throttle body assemblies on his shelf that I sent his way a while back.
Perhaps you can ask him if he will detail strip one and sell you the butterflies with the coating that you need.
Since this is unavailable from Honda, this may be your only chance to correct things.
Hope this helps.
