Does anyone sell or know of a way to change position of pegs so there is more room from seat to pegs? Also bike came with a Corbin seat (dont like much) and the Corbin seat will not allow me to put seat in highest position?

I have Goldwing front pegs on two (2012 & 2010) of my bikes, I think it lowers the pegs down about 1" and provides you with wider (fatter?) pegs.

As for the Corbin, some like them, some don't. I don't! My brother had one for years (probably still does in his storage...) but with my coaxing, he finally got smart and bought a Russel Day Long (RDL). He likes that much better! :D

what is the p/n for the GW foot pegs and do they add to rider comfort on longer rides. Thanks.

Take a look at this post, especially the pics. I know it's on an ST11, but the principle is the same. It doesn't seem to me that the GW pegs will lower it much, if any.

Looking at the pictures I would have to agree there isnt much of a drop. I would say about 1/8 of an inch at best. Would the GW foot peg lowering kit work on an ST using the GW pegs.

Here's a couple of pictures and although they aren't perfectly matched, you can see where the GW peg is lower.

and the Goldwing peg...

I have the goldwing pegs and they measured at a 3/4 inch drop. Is it noticeable?? Yes. Is it substantial?...No. It is a good compromise. You cant lower the pegs too much or they will ground earlier in corners, sometimes too early. That is where Im at. I would like a bit more drop but I dont want to give up any more cornering clearance. If you want more drop, check these out http://www.knightdesignllc.com/Prod...00/Honda-ST1300-1-Rubber-Front-Foot-Pegs.html. There are 1 or 2 more designs if you look through the site

I did the upgrade and it's a nice subtle change. Pegs are wider also......

Below is what I ordered.....

No. When I installed my GW pegs I took a minute or two to measure both sides of the factory and GW pegs from the top of the peg to the ground while the bike was on the center stand. I measured 1" not 3/4" that others got and definitely not 1/8". I can only guess either the year of peg or pad wear made the 1/4" difference.

+1 It's the same for me. Different people will react differently to this mod but I quickly noticed not the drop but the lack of pain in my hips. And I have to stand and stretch much less often. For me the mod was well worth it.

I should drop the gear shift lever a bit as there is the occasionally missed upshift. Downshifts aren't an issue though I am occasionally reminded that I'm lifting my foot a bit higher. The brake is fine.

Only once and on stock pegs did I ever drag my toe in a corner. On the GW pegs that might be a real attention getter. But after that incident I've learned to keep my foot out of the way.
