Hey Jerry, if it isn't much trouble, could you share the design diagram (with measurements) of the plate that you firend made for you... please?I had a friend make a plate for me that I was able to bolt #2 directly to. Made from 1/8" aluminum with 1/4" stiffner brackets.

Disappointing that the installation manual doesn't give the P/N for each individual hardware anymore...How it fits together
I remember times you could order each bolt, washer, nut, spacer, rubber inlay...

m sorry that I don't have a diagram with measurements. The plate is shaped exactly like the case mount with a tongue sticking out the front. The holes that go through the plate and stiffeners are lined up with the existing holes in the ST stock rack. The second photo is a drawing of the bolts and washers that go through the holes. I hope this helps.
