Just a thought, why not start a new thread titled some thing ST1100 trike project and uploading photos as you go, I think a lot of people may be interested in watching and helping with the overall project

Merv, welcome! I'm newish too, but the help here is amazing as you can see already. You sound very brave? (Or, you are mad!) Of course I am joking about the being mad but wow, what a project. When things get back to a bit more normal, I'll be looking for a new PLACE TO DROP IN FOR A CUP OF TEA...hint hint, perhaps take a few pictures of your new project? I have a friend near the Forest of Dean, who I try to visit about 4 times a year, (they are getting on a bit and his wife is sadly becoming more infirm) perhaps when the weather breaks a bit better, I'll invite myself up for a cuppa? Cheeky I know but hey ho, best of luck with the new project. Cheers.

Thanks for asking , the trikes going slow, i don't have enough time to fully commit to it at the moment but i have had the fork bottoms polished the top yoke

Oh,that's easy with my wiring diagram. I could tell you what needs to connect directly to what.

Added: I have been studying my Clymer and Honda diagrams since I bought the bike over 2.5 years ago.

If you have a wiring diagram to look at at the same time, I can help you do exactly what you want, wire by wire.

I can tell you what you must keep, what you can eliminate and how to, and how to connect what remains.
