Looking for the cover behind the cylinder heads - the little one. previous owner had taken off nearly all the Tupperware, but had it in bags (long story). I had thought it was all there, but the little cover is missing. contacted the guy and he said it blew off one day while riding.....

would be amazing if I could find a silver one, but I have a shop that can match colors very well and put it in a rattle can if needed.

Thanks!

I checked Ron Ayers website....OEM Honda motorcycle parts....and they aren't showing the silver cover for 2003 models. Black ones are still available for other years at $19.04 plus shipping. If you can't find an appropriate used one, you could get one of these and paint it/have it painted. Don't forget a new plastic retention fastener.

Thanks! I bought a full set of fasteners for the fairing, so hopefully the fastener is in there.

Did you notice which years the black ones were available for?

THANKS!!!! for the web site info! What a great site!! I wish I had known about that a bit sooner, when I was trying to figure out how to fix the broken Rt mirror cover. I spent hours and hours looking for one, then a fair amount of time sourcing some thin ABS and making a "doubler" that I glued into the inside of the cover to hold it together. For not a whole lot more money, and a whole lot less time, I could have bought a new one in the right color!

I went through all of the years on the cover and found they did have the "other silver" cover in stock -- If I remember correctly it is a brighter silver? Still, it's silver, so it ought to be easier to paint over than the red, blue and black ones they had. I'm pondering just buying a matching one for the other side and making them "accent pieces". Will have to see how close the color is.

That site has everything! the prev owner had butchered up the battery band and cover to put in a bigger battery, and it was only $6 to replace rather than try to repair. Going back now to look at accessories.
