I am running into an issue with what I thought would be a simple repair. After dissembling, lubricating, and adjusting the throttle cables, I re-installed the throttle cable/kill switch housing. However, as you can see in the photo, I somehow installed the two halves of the housing incorrectly. I have been fussing with it for quite awhile and I am not sure why I can't get both halves of the housing to align. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any ideas what's wrong. I'm fairly certain that the cables are routed correctly, and the throttle moves freely and snaps closed on release.
