Pillion Footrests

Hi, I've seen questions about lowering footrests, but, my regular passenger is 4' 10" and with new protective jeans they find it very difficult to get on the back. I wonder if anybody has any recommendations for "higher" passenger footrests, which would help the problem ?

You could always built a platform riser and bolt it to the OEM pegs thru the holes under the rubber. I've seen folks do it to make them more like floor boards on a Wing, so it should be doable as a riser too.
