I posted a while back about an old Husqvarna dirt bike basket case that I gave to my middle son Ben when he was about 12 years old for his birthday. Well now he is all grown up, married and has a 9 month old daughter and is a scientists at the Lawrence Livermore National Lab. We pulled the old Husky parts down out of my garage attic a couple of years ago and Ben began restoring it. I rebuilt the crankshaft and re-bored the cylinder and Ben did all the remaining work on it. He just finished the bike and took it out for its maiden voyage to the local Off-Road riding area near his home in Livermore. It runs great and really turned out nice.
