Oil change kit

I don't think you can go wrong with Honda GN4 oil and a genuine Honda filter no matter where you buy it. You can also buy GN4 on Amazon by the gallon and save a little money.
As far as oil filters go there are many different brands available which can be had for less than the Honda filter. Search oil filters on this site and you may find a list of available filters.

Here's my list gathered across the years
About 2.5 inches long.
Purolator Pure One PL14612, about $6.
Mobil M1-108, about $12.
Bosch 3300, about $6.
Napa Gold 1538 oil filter or is it 1358 as @St-Gerard says?
