New owner, old rider.
Owned many bikes through my 40 years of riding and now I bought a new to me, 1994 st1100 in decent shape. Usual wear and tear but all in all, runs good and smooth handling.
Very unusual bike. Looking forward to learning and keeping this bike on the road for many more years. Not a stranger with a wrench and have a Honda FSM that came with the bike.

Hey Slugger, from Birmingham AL.
Once the ST has been refreshed, you'll find the "un"-usual to us usual suspects 'round here.
Will be interested in what you find to be "in decent shape."
"Decent" varies among riders... but we NEED PICTURES.
It's long been an unwritten rule, I've been trying to get @Mellow to add that to the membership requirements.

Lver 60,000 mi, i replaced a fuse, because i hit a pothole, and a weepy valve cover gasket. The rest was regular maintenance. A very worthy bike.
If u beeak the plastic save the pieces. Things like mirror covers are hard to find. If i break your mirror glass the replacements are flat. The ones that came on the bike are curved.
I installed a usb port in the left pocket and made the bike totally self sufficient. It was connected to a 10 amp so i could charge my pumps, lites, phone etc. i do miss my red

There is another blue (Lapis Blue Metallic) that I didn't know about until I bought this original ST1100 trunk from Europe.
It is a much 'brighter' blue but it is gorgeous also! ;)

The more you ride it the better you will like it. :run1:
I like it but I like my Harley also.
Just takes used to going back and fourth! The clutch always gets me!
I bought the ST for my commuter bike. I work only 10 miles away but traffic is horrible and the harley gets hot sitting in traffic.
