Name this plug- st 1300p

Curious if anybody has an idea what this plug that seems to be blocked off is for. It has what looks like to be a cap on the end of it. This is located under the rear seat.

The bike is somewhat of a basket case as you can guess like most police bikes. Trying to clean up some wiring and wire a few accessories at the same time. I won't consider using this as a source for that! LOL

That's the port my aftermarket digital gear indicator plugs into to get the wheel speed sensor and tachometer data to display the gear it's in.
