Hi everyone
It's 2100 hours here in Sorrento so coffee's definitely out of consideration. I had two limoncellos at the hotel bar, instead.
The weather's fine, in a Mediterranean sort of way. I like it.
On the way from Rome we stopped at a place that raises water buffaloes and produces buffalo mozzarella from the milk. Naturally there was a demonstration, along with a "tasting". I think we each got over a pound of fresh mozzarella as well as smaller portions of ricotta and smoked mozzarella. I'm still full.
Then it was on to Pompeii where we spent two hours covering maybe 20 percent of what's been excavated, before finishing in Sorrento. A couple shots of limoncello made a perfect end to the day.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Try not to be abruptly buried in volcanic ash, also.
