Mini Adventure

once again i was out the door and on the road early, like 07:15. it was sunny and 58f with a 3mph breeze, i headed east on Mackenzie and once across the JLGW i headed east on Garden then took Livernois to Vancouver. with Tireman being closed i did a little detour on Carbondale to get around. i took Epworth south to Cobb and stopped at Vancourt for my first pic

i stayed on Cobb and made it up to W. Grand Blv. made a little jog then took Mcgraw east. i hung a right on 24th street, that got me across I-94 without having to get on a main street. i stopped on 24th for a couple pic's

i continued south on 24th then made a left on Michigan Ave. and made a stop at the Michigan central station

i continued east on Michigan once at 12th street i took it south to fort street and made a right. a few minutes later i was down at Riverside park. if you look at the pic's of the IceBear at the water the front is facing the Ambassador bridge and the rear has the GHIB in it, last two pic's

i rode over to another section of the park for a couple pic's of a laker

i could have had a shorter ride home but there is a lot of construction in the area so i thought it best to just back track home. once down to the JLGW i followed it north until i found them working on it

i rode south on the JLGW to see if more color was being added to the mural that nephew and i spotted the other day. the guy was there painting when i showed up i didn't want to bother him so i got back over to Belton and headed west for home with 37 more km on the clock, i would have done more but i had to get ready for a doctors appointment

Well, somebody's been riding.
I've been ... commuting to towns north, south, and east, just fixing broken things... over 350 miles just today.
Wasn't it supposed to be a Saturday?
Pfffttt.

Hopefully that appointment gets you the pass go collect the ST1300 and go ride card?
