What is the best solution if I have already replaced ignition switch and gas cap. The set I bought off ebay did come with luggage locks but after moving I lost those. Now I need either new locks for both saddlebags and seat lock. What are my options now???? THANK YOU!!!!

Options: Find a good old fashioned locksmith who should be able to rekey your existing locks. If I misunderstood your post, and you don't have the locks, another ebay search might be a good solution. Or motorcycle recycling yards.

I've misplaced enough keys in my life that I now have spares hidden all over the place.

You probably still need a locksmith to open up your seat locks, unless you have the skill / tools to pick the locks yourself. If not, you need to do that quickly before you need to (say) get at your battery. I believe that it is possible to get the lock barrel out of the pannier reasonably easily. Once that is out getting a key cut to match would be much easier. I have some photos somewhere, but someone else posted a disassemble report on here about the same time that I took mine. I'll find a link.

Edit - Actually - I just looked at the pannier securing lock on the grab rail. That looks much easier to get out than I thought - once it is open.

You don't have to take the whole thing apart, but I believe that once you have the handle assembly lifted off, you can get at the lock mechanism...... goes on an image hunt.....

Yes - here it is bottom left of this photo. - 1 screw, and the circlip to remove the latch. Be careful of any detent ball bearing and spring (if there is on). If you can get that out a locksmith will have a much better chance of making a key that works in all 4. But you have to get the pannier open first. I don't know if that handle mechanism will come off with the pannier in place. I can't see why not.

At least you don't have HISS to deal with. I have 3 spare chipped keys and a couple of extra non chipped keys.

If you saved you old ignition switch or gas cap there is a number stamped on the bottom that is the key code and you can get a new key made from that code. They will fit your bags and seat lock. If you didn't save them - they code is on the underside of your bag locks.

google "motorcycle keys from code " there are several people who do this. Also, you might try calling your local Honda Dealer. The code is on the underside of all Honda locks. PM me if you can't find someone and I'll find one for you and post it here.

Regarding replacement keys from Honda, if Honda makes your new key from the code or from another key, go to an independent locksmith shop and get them to make you another key or keys from the Honda one.
The locksmith's key are very durable and I'm convinced the Honda keys are made of an alloy of butter. Mine bent so easily when I brushed it very slightly while it was in a pannier lock, and the bent key would not start the bike.
After much trouble, my spare key was obtained from home and the independent locksmith made me several.
No, the new keys do not have the nifty Honda plastic grip on the top end. How much $$ was it? It was the price of admission. Done.
I believe others on this board can verify my observation/opinion.
