Wanted Knee pad source??

I really only need one of the little pieces, as the guy before me lost the cover while riding. I found another cover, but I am hoping to source the little pad so I don't have to try to either fabricate a new one or pull off the other three pieces so it is symmetrical.

Anyone have one of these? I tried the CMS site and all but one of the big pieces is out of stock.
