It's Toosday Belly up to the Cafe' Bar!

I can't answer your question but thanks for the pot and grub. Hugs....meh.
It's cold. How cold Ethel. Wow, that's cold.
28 to 35, light snow and 10 mph from the West. Blue skies too.
We're just back from Berwick-upon-the-Tweed and now it is time for more coffee.
:coffee-2x:.
Today will proceed, in which direction I know not.
Av a gud un and remember, it feels like winter.
Upt.

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the coffee and breakfast goodies Dave. Hope you manage(d) to get back to sleep at some point.

It's a mild 50°F and clear in Rockville, but we are told there could be scattered light rain showers this evening. The high will be about 59.

Last night as I was grilling the steaks for dinner I happened to check my astronomy app and noticed that the ISS was just starting to pass overhead, transiting from W to N. Doubtful that I could see it due to the tall trees that ring our court, I stepped into the street anyhow and sure enough! there it was. I watched it for a couple minutes and then, just as it disappeared, another satellite (Chinese) popped into view and ran W to E. It was fun to see both.

It'll be laundry in the morning, followed by an afternoon get-together with a former client. She's been pretty diligent about keeping in touch, and I always enjoy our meetings.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them.

Thx Dave!
Never heard of that coffee brand, hope I don’t go blind….

0c/32f, snow on ground, salt on roads, blue skies, little wind.

Been on some errands buying stuff needed to fix one of the chimneys.
I’m planning on a fireplace removal in the kitchen in a few weeks, local Fire inspector gave it a thumbs down…
Costs lots to fix it, and since it’s very seldom in use…byebye.
Fireproof grout and cover waiting for action.

Picking up Peter in a little while.
Dinner prepared.

@steve3b3 Hope you heal quick!

Have a good one!
Stu

Good Toosday all!
Wow! Great STart, Dave. How in the world did you find those crumbs?
*sluuurp* oh yeah - a gift from heaven.

Yesterday's thread went straight to the bottom - I'm afraid I missed it.
On a scale from 1 to 10 - well, I'd give it a 10. Yeah, stop it!

Skis are pinkish this morning - would that be a warning?
Well, the Hyperbole channel believes we should watch out for flakes.
Personally, I try and avoid them all.
Hmmm, little Bahama might see some rain tomorrow.

My lovely wife and I repaired a fence yesterday and the garden swing is now completed.
How can something that small take so much time?

@steve3b3 Git to feelin' better soon!

What's going on taday?
Y'all have a wondercaffeine day!

Good morning, all, and thanks for the GMD, goodies and funnies, Dave. Hope the bug is now but an unpleasant memory.

No snow here yet, and the day's high will, once again, be above normal for this time of year at 10°C/50°F. The current temperature is 3°C/37°F, which is also warmish for November 19th. Conditions will flip flop between overcast, a mix of sun and clouds, mainly sunny and partly cloudy today, not much wind. It's just kind of a greyish November day, really.

@steve3b3: Hope the cataract surgery goes well and the recovery is quick!

Everyone have a great day, stay safe and go safely.

Patty

Good morning, everyone. Thanks for the coffee, Dave.

Warm (65) with drizzling rain. High of 70, with showers this morning. Watching the forecast last night, snow was mentioned as a possibility for one day this week. I didn’t pay attention, since I wouldn’t remember it anyway.

I managed to get the neighbor’s kids dirt bike mostly fixed yesterday. Now, to put oil in it and try to free up the chain. Chain was new last year, but looks like it’s been stored in a brine solution.

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee start, Dave.
That's about all I'm allowed before the procedure.

It's sunny and 42, rising to 58 with wind.
We still have a red flag warning for the dry conditions.

I vegged out, yesterday, after planning all that good stuff.
I'll head to the local hospital around noon for the cataract surgery, and will most likely be home by 3:00pm
Last time, the prep took longer than the surgery, and I'll probably need to stay afterward for a while.

Brenda was mentioning pizza afterward.

Enjoy the day,
Steve

Morning all......
Thanks for the start up.

Wow, all the sickness and surgeries........this site sounds more like a site for retirement home........
Hope everyone get better and heals quickly.

I got nine words for ya....

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow........
31 degrees and a light skiff of snow falling. Suppose to do it for a couple hours today. Big snow tomorrow morning.

Get your shovels ready...

Morning all! It's a bit sunny with cloud cover here and there. 5C with a predicted high of 7C. The cyclonic bomb appears to have been reduced to a wind warning but there will be rain later.

I drove the car in this morning given the cyclonic bomb warning and was jonesing to be on the bike the whole way. I kept thinking "You could have ridden, you could have ridden...". Funny how this motorcycling thing gets in your bloodstream. Worse than crack....the addictive kind.

About time we mooved on from the fish puns, I'm bullish about the new approach.

Good luck with the surgery, Steve. May the peepers be clear and the healing go well.

Hope everyone has a great day and gets cracking!

Morning Dave & All from sunny, Southern Utah!

Currently it is 36F, up from 15F and heading for 41F. We had a dusting of snow last night, but it should all be gone soon. Currently a breeze, but it's been blowing from the NE @ 5 to 9mph, which means it will pick up later.

@steve3b3 : Hope the eyeball surgery goes as planned! It scares me to think of someone playing with my eyes like that, but anymore it seems to work wonders for our sight, as we get older! :redface-2x:

Chris is heading off with a friend of hers to spend sometime at the local Mormon Temple. So that means I'll have a couple of hours to do whatever she has instructed me to do!

Eggs, bacon, toast & OJ to start the morning. Pepsi(s) to come later.

Anyone :dr13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:
