Hello,
I am a new member of the st-owner. And proud owner of a ST1300 from 2003
After a long search I am inclined to throw in the towel.
the ignition / coils do not receive any voltage, now I know that there is a power distribution point somewhere that supplies voltage to the coils and the fuel pump. Who can tell me where I should look approximately. I have had this problem or challenge before, but that was about 7 years ago and I have not taken any pictures. and have forgotten where this distribution point is. Who wants and can help me, so that I can drive again. thank you in advance

Welcome to the forum.

First suspect, after the ignition fuse, is the kill switch on the handlebar.

What was the source of the problem from seven years ago, and how did you overcome it back then?

P.S. I can't help with any of the technical stuff; I've only had an ST 1300 for one week and I still don't have a manual on it (but one will be arriving soon from another helpful member of this forum.)

Thank you for your answer, what can I do to check, or maybe replace the kill switch
Ignition fuse is new, just to be sure.

The problem 7 years ago were that the amp were damaged deu to sparks ? I dont know exact, replaced the amp clamps, and fixed, engine running

No. Replacing parts is a terrible troubleshooting method.

You need a wiring diagram and a probe-type test light.

Thank you all for the answers so far, I've got enough homework to fill a rainy sunday
