Remove,

seat
side covers
tank shelter
inspection panels
right fairing pocket lid
left and right inner fairing
airbox lid
air filter
two screws for fuel valve
lower half of airbox
3p connector for coil ( left side, white )
bolt for the main connector array, center of bike in front of airbox
disconnect all plugs in the stay for main connector array
two bolts holding coil stay
coils exit left through inspection panel

Now keep in mind all this is from memory. I might have left off some stuff. Getting them out is kinda a pain. I would suggest a good repair manual if you don't have one already. What do you mean by "1 plug isnt getting the volts im sure ive changed the carbs plugs" ? One plug isn't sparking, butt the last bit? One coil supplies spark to two cylinders. It is strange that one plug would have no spark while the other cylinder it shares would. If that is the case, fault must lie in the wire, plug boot or spark plug itself. Have you checked the coils with a DMM? Disassembled the plug boot and cleaned it? Replaced plugs? I would before I pulled the coils.

Could just be the sparkplug cap or wire on that cylinder. Try removing the cap and trimming the wire back a little and re-installing.
