How to VIN decode ST1100 …

How to VIN decoding, is there anywhere you can decode the VIN number of an ST1100 to read which countries it was manufactured for, which years it was manufactured and what equipment it was delivered with when new?

I'm thinking if a bike was manufactured in 1995 but not sold and registered until 1997 …

We can use this ST1100 as an example: JH2SC26D9YM400060
