Can anyone help have a honda st1300 2008 the middle 2 fuel digits on fuel gauge not working be grateful for any feedback

Interesting (frustrating too, I'd guess.)
Have you checked the LEDs or bulbs behind the gauge?
How many miles on it? When did this start?

The lighting may be LED, but the display segments are liquid crystal.

Replacement is likely the only solution, but don't take my word for it.

What he may mean is the two bars on the gauge are not indicating fuel and it jumps from full to empty etc.
If that is the case, simply remove the sending unit and take a gentle white pencil eraser and clean the dial face, and it should go back to working correctly.

This maybe?

Thank you will try that not easy to get too though

You can drain the upper tank my simply using the fuel return pipe fitting on the lower tank and attaching your siphon hose to the elbow and down to your holding can.
Simply remove the two front fuel tank bolts and washers, and loosen the rear mounting bolt to lift the empty tank.
The sending unit is easily removed, and all you will need to replace is a single O ring.

just use math to measure your fuel, base it on mileage, ie: how many miles does a full tank go, get some 10 miles before that, reset trip meter.

Why does nobody want to fix things correctly anymore? Just ignore it and do the math old school.
