Surfing the internet, looking for some answers, and found the Honda Riders Club of America (http://hrca.honda.com/). But, on the website, the latest News is from January 2013?!? Recent Article form November 2012?!? Really?

I was an HRC member until ~ 2008, when I had a roadside failure (completely flat battery) and needed roadside assistance which wasn't coming (HRC membership includes roadside assistance, and they couldn't locate anyone to assist me)- therefore, I never renewed. I guess their website is as spotty as their service.

Yea, when I got my 2007 ST, the dealer made a free membership seem like a good deal. March of 2008 the bike leaked like a sieve in freezing weather, so I queried them; got nothing back.

Yeah, never been much activity on that site even when it was active.... if you need information, you're already in the right place... lol

That's for sure, there is no doubt... Just wondering that Honda will allow bad publicity like that.

It's not BAD, it's just NO.... well okay, that is BAD.. nevermind.. lol

IIRC, HRCA was started back in the early 90's and it was perceived to be a great deal with factory/dealer support. Unfortunately, they would not cover any Honda over 10 years old('81 Interstate at that time), so I said no thank you.

Another Honda site, the Honda Owner's Link for Powersports website, has been down going on three years now. I keep/kept a set of my maintenance records on said site, but it doesn't look like it's coming back anytime soon. You'd think they'd at least take it down, instead of leaving it up with the same lame message stating the site will be available this summer.
