I bought a complete setup from helmetcamera.com. The camera and mount are really excellent. The recorder itself feels really cheap, but seems to work just fine. It also records video that can't be played in Vista due to the codec they use. However, I was able to import it to Windows Movie Maker easily enough (which I would do anyway to edit it).
This is about 5 minutes of my commute down MoPac in Austin. I don't really like the helmet mount -- too jerky. I will probably move to a fixed mount.
