I have not seen one for a Nuvi, but for the Zumo, there is a way to hardwire the OEM cradle. Basically, you open the back of the cradle, follow the incoming cable where its sheath has been removed, and clip all the wires except for the red and black. Slit the sheath of the cable outside at the length you want and pull those colored wires out, leaving the red and black. Now cut the cable off leaving a few inches extra red & black wire. You will now wire these to a connector or male powerlet plug or cigarette lighter plug. The colored wires you cut and removed were for aux speakers and other comm gear. If you think you will need them, don't do this - a new cradle sells for around $60.

For the later model, Zumo's the cradle and hard wire kit come with it. I have two of them.

I have a Nuvi 2595 I use in the car. I tried using it on the bike once, it totally washes out in direct sunlight and is pretty useless on a bike. It is also not waterproof. There are various mounts for it that could be adapted to a bike, but IMHO it's not worth the time/trouble. My $.02, YMMV...

Nuvi 2595 It's a old one but i am going to upgrade sometime.
As stated by others, the Nuvi's washout in the sunlight and are not waterproof. I have a 2795 and a 2895 Nuvi, both have been used on bikes as well as in the cage. They work well in the car, but not well on the bike. I used a USB adapter to power mine on the bikes. I know it hurts, but the Zumo's are made for the bike and you can see them well in the bright sunlight. They are also waterproof. Different models have different features. I have a 396 for my ST and a 390 w/TPMS for my Goldwing. They work very well.

Thank you for the feed back. Not to worried about the waterproof part, more concerned about the wiring. I'm tired of swapping power cords all the time. Sorry i should of been more specific in my first post. Thanks again.

I don't think it matters what model you have as long as i can power it up with the wiring kit.

Yes, it does matter. Here is the mount and wiring kit for the Zumo 396. It has a special connector that contacts a set of pins on the back of the device to connect power and allow quick release. I cannot find anything like it for a Nuvi. https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/pn/010-11843-00 https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/pn/010-11843-01
Perhaps this is what you are looking for. https://www.gpscity.com/questions?qid=40852 Or this: https://www.amazon.com/slp/garmin-nuvi-adapter-cable-kit/dgoo9jqx6d5s4hb

If you have a way to mount it and are just talking about the power cord you can buy a cord and wire it into the bike.

The plug is usually fairly standard and can be bought at most electronic stores. You just need to bare one end and wire it in.

or

I did that with mine and just left a ball mount on the handlebars for the GPS.

Maybe there's one advantage to a car GPS like the 2460LMT I use. It clips in and out of the mount and it makes the connections. The pics below show the mount (note contacts on lower edge), how the power and signals gets into the mount, and the power cord.

Because of the traffic receiver, I must keep the power cord intact, so my left pocket contains a power outlet that also has two USB ports. One port supplies the TPMS charger cord, and the other keeps the phone charged while riding while it stays in the pocket.

A note of caution... Garmin plays games with their micro USB ports. There is a "power" USB cable and a "data" USB cable. One has internal resistance that tells the Nuvi it's a power source. Ask me how I know.... I installed a USB power port on my CTX700 and strapped my nuvi on the bars connecting it up with a USB A to micro cable that I had around the house. NO workee.... Because I was on a mission, I bought my own USB connector and wired it up as a 90 degree with the resistor... It cost me time and effort that I wouldn't wish on anyone, but I beat them! That was more than enough for me. I was so twisted up in it, I made a webpage about it. You have to look at the very bottom right of the page to find the info about the cable. That's because the page was built while I was uninformed.... good ruc.

My Garmin can be hard to see, but it's better when I adjust it so my black helmet is what is reflected by the screen.

Don't have that problem with either of my Zumo's. Do they get a little dimmer in bright sunlight? Yes, but I can still see the maps.
I wonder if the screens lose brightness as they age ?
