When I got back home from this year's FLSTOC event (2014) and plugged my ST1300 into my Battery Tender Junior I noticed the light on the Battery Tender was flashing red, green, red continuously. I called Deltran and they had me try a couple of things. It stilled failed, so they told me I could send it to them and they would replace it under warranty. It's 2-3 years old. Since they are located in Deland and that's about 35 miles or so from Palm Coast where I live I just drove down and visited them. I was met in the lobby by a nice lady. She took my failed Battery Tender and a couple of minutes later came back and handed me a replacement. The whole thing took about 5 minutes and she didn't ask me when I bought it. No paperwork. Heck, she didn't even ask me for my name! Wow! This is what I call great, friendly, no-hassle customer service.

I would give them a call. Sounds like your problem may have fallen through a crack somewhere. That sucks, but it does happen, even to the best of customer service departments.
 
When mine failed 18 months ago (same symtoms as described in the original post) my experience was similar to yours. Deltran sent me another one, no questions asked. Well the one they sent out also failed a couple of weeks ago. I suspect it has to do with operating them in our summer heat (regularly 115 - 120 deg in the garage for 6 + months). I sent an e-mail describing the situation and received a response requesting additional information. Sent that back right away, then nothing but crickets. After a week I called the CS number and was told by a nice lady to send it back, along with a check for $11. and it would be replaced. Well, $11. + postage starts bumping up close to $20. I went online with Amazon and bought one for $21. no shipping. Job done.
