Hi All,
A Code 25 (left knock sensor) recently appeared greeting my bike, which has 97,000+ miles to date. It’s been a great runner otherwise.
I am considering replacing the sub harness wire (32103-MCS-770) as the continuity appears to be fine as do the grounds and the battery, which is new 10/30/24 (Yuasa).
If anyone has replaced this harness, and has possibly shared a tutorial, please let me know.
Kind regards- Mike

My advice on that problem, because I had it.
After removing both side fairings, remove the sensors, mark it with a marker and re-install them on the opposite sides they were.
After running the bike passing the 4,000rpm ,If the lights show the same code, it is not the sensor.
Check the condition of the wiring, if you do not see any problem on them, the problem must be the computer.
Be ready to brake the pigy bank.
good luck

Thanks, #leonides, I appreciate that knowledge. Hopefully that remedied your issue when it occurred.

Be sure to check every inch of the sub-harness itself, too.

They have been known to melt against the heat shield.
Larry, did you need to remove the throttle body assembly for your inspection/assembly of the harness ? I have had difficulty finding visuals as to certain connection points for the harness itself. Thanks in advance
