My Cardo Packtalk Slim bit the dust. The USB port is loose and it won't charge. I bought it in 2018. I emailed Cardo and asked if it could be fixed. They told me to send it back and they would replace it with a new one. They gave me a claim number in about 10 minutes and said that they would ship the new one out as soon as I sent them a tracking number. Kinda rare to get such great customer service these days.
 
I've got a Packtalk Bold, and it's by far the best system I've ever used. Called my wife at 65mph from the bike, and she thought I was parked. I'm happy to hear if there's ever a problem they'll back the product.
