Can you identify this bit of wiring?

As I am cleaning out some stuff I came across this bit of wiring. It MAY have come with a set of aux lights or some such thing. I have no recollection of what it's for. Was going to toss it, but thought someone here might recognize it.

Could you say that in, perhaps, a paragraph? What does it do with the hyperlites? Cause they're working just fine without it.

Can't tell how many LEDs there are... hyperlites come in a couple configurations...

one is a 3 way with 16 led - 8 for running/brake and 8 for signal lights.

Some are just running/brake and come with a small inline module for blinking.

My hyperlites don't do the spastic blinking thing, they just run the running lights and go hi power with the brake. So this would be the blinky module.

Ok, maybe we change this thread to "Anybody want a blinky thing?"
