A friend and riding buddy recently passed away after a short battle with cancer. I am helping his wife get rid of his bike. I do not have the maintenance records, but being an engineer, seeing the condition of the bike, and knowing how he rode it, I am confident that everything is up to snuff. He did tell me that he had just recently changed the oil before he had to park it. On inspection, everything looks good. It will need tires in the near future.
