Hi Guys,

the rear wheel flange is showing some radial play even with new aluminum blocks and rubbers (just 10,000 km old). The bike has 243,000 kms. I was wondering if anybody has the measurements for a new one as I cannot find any details on them in my workshop manuals. I am interested in the pin diameters. The flange gear seems good. The rear wheel is now back on with a new tyre so I am preparing for the next one.

Sounds like the bearing boss of the rear wheel has worn off...
Some pictures would help; if the groove for the thin O-ring there has vanished my theory is confirmed though...
