The lock ring is Type 106, specs in link below shows compatibility with bikes other than ST1300.

Can also throw in the Radar Detector Shelve (w/ mounting screws), shown on the picture, for $25 ($30 separate) if interested.

And a clutch/brake reservoir cover with dual RAM ball mounts for $10 is also available.

No wear, no stain (inside and out), all zippers running smooth. And locking firmly on the ring.

I'll check on shipping and let you know.

No idea who makes it. No marking, Couldn't trace it on the Web. Never seen another one like it either.

It was on the bike when I bought it (on the brake reservoir)). Could be a custon order.

Only this one sample that was on the bike and 1 inch Dia.

Looks like the 20 mm has the same 1/4"-20 thread as the 1", so should be able to swap them.
