I have (2) classic GL1000 Goldwings for sale.
Both bikes have fresh (2-3 year old) tires (were replaced by the PO right before I bought the bike,) fresh oil + filter, brake fluid was flushed a year or two back. Both bikes also have new coolant, and were lovingly stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled environment over the winter. I de-rusted the fuel tanks on both bikes with Evap-O-Rust. The blue bike had it's carbs profesionally rebuilt last year by Bear's Cycle and Restoration - https://bearscycleshop.com/ - one of the only Randakk-authorized rebuilders in the US. The black bike's carbs are currently being rebuilt by the same place; I expect to get them back in the next few weeks, with reinstallation occurring the first available weekend. Both bikes have (or will have) new fuel filters, new fuel lines, etc. I fully sync'd the carbs on the blue bike and will do the same on the black bike when I install them.
The 1977 unit (about 41K miles) is in exceptional aesthetic condition; clearly the prior owner(s) have loved on it. I rebuilt the fuel petcock and it has new cooling hoses (both) and a new thermostat. The gauge condition is incredible, and by and large the condition of the rest of the bike reflects that. Check out the pictures. I've replaced the wire from battery to starter with an Artisan Crafted unit (the crimper cost me more than a new OEM wire would have), and other minor fixes/improvements/etc. The forks leak, and the front brake pads probably need replacement.
The 1975 unit (about 45K miles) is also in really good condition overall, although not as good as the 1977 unit aesthetically. The brakes are great, and surprisingly the bike handles really well (it's 50 years old! How is that possible?!) The exhaust is not as good as the 1977 unit; it has some holes (exhaust tape could probably fix that). It is also missing the battery clamp/holder/thing, so the battery is held in with some stiff wire. Super professional. The seat is... OK. And so on. It's a 50 year old motorcycle! However, it starts and goes and stops far better than I'd expect. It has a small flat-spot just over idle which I will look at addressing soon.
Again, I don't want to sell these but I'm in Serious Inventory Reduction Mode. My nearly perfect 2001 ST1100 ABS with ~17K will likely also be going up for sale.
I would very much prefer to sell them as a pair, and preferably to an enthusiast.
No reasonable offers refused.

NOTE: I will probably take more pictures and add them to the gallery at some point.

I am looking to sell two motorcycles I own; a pair of classic Honda GL1000 Goldwings. The first (the one with blue paint) of the pair is a first year model (1975) and the second (the one with black paint) is a third year (1977). I purchased these bikes at auction thinking that I'd "get into" classic Goldwings but ... it didn't take. Although incredible machines, I already have too many motorcycles and don't want to chase around storing more than I have to, or feeling guilty because I'm not riding them as much as I should, so I'm offering these for sale. Both bikes have fresh (2-3 year old) tires (were replaced by the PO right before I bought the bike,) fresh oil + filter, brake fluid was flushed a year or two back.
