Helmets No D ring, No problem Locking to Bike

Here is an low cost alternative to lock any helmet with or without D rings. These can be bought .

I took a piece of aluminum and cut it in the shape of a T narrow enough to fit the locking clasp on my Nolan 102. I made a short plastic covered cable and bought a small padlock to lock it to the bike. I have locked 2 d ring helmets with the T.

I free handed the cuts, the store bought ones are prettier but I have $0.00 in mine.

Very good idea! :) I have a Nolan too, which I normally lock in a saddlebag. This is a good alternative...
 
That's one mighty stupid thief, must have been a half brained kid (helmet's useless for anything but kid's play without a strap).
