Any dry day on my coast is a rarity. Luckily, I took this pic at Roosevelt Beach this afternoon.

I wondered how the beach weather was today, we had a spectacular day inland with lots of sunshine to! One nice thing about our fine dense sand in the northwest, leave no trace!

But he is showing a puck under the sidestand.

Strange stealth sand, shows disturbance in front of the front tire, but not behind it... or anywhere around the rear tire.

So apparently I backed up when dropping the puck. Is that "a minus 1," too?

Just remember to subtract those inches when doing the mileage tracker. Cool you get such good conditions to still be out riding, even as far north as you are. Our highs for the past week have been in the 20s, we have 2' of snow in the yard (built up from several smaller storms), and its currently about -8 and dropping like a brick, supposed to be at least -26f tonight. Thanks for the beach shot to remind me what i have to look forward to in the spring!

I had a very similiar problem back in April 2012. I was able to erase most all my tracks, but forgot to photo shop the clouds out of the sky. I wanted a sunny day at the beach.


Again, forgot to get rid of those clouds, but where did her footprints go?

You're welcome, and I understand: in February I'm off to Minnesota for grandkid sitting. Meanwhile, I do have a Japanese--also Gerbing's--current to stay warm.

I definitely would have a plus 1 drop there... be caught up looking at the lovely ocean, smelling and feeling the breeze, put the side stand down and got off.. no puck..
