The weekend is in sight.
Wondering if others warm up with the mini crossword and the spelling bee before tackling wordle? Those are part of my morning ritual.

No crosswords or other games except Quordle which I do later in the day. I did Sudoka for a few years on Saturday mornings about 15 years ago.

Should have gotten it in 4 but wasted a guess by putting 3 letters in places I already knew they shouldn't be. Focus, Patricia, focus.
@Beeflips: I don't necessarily warm up with it, but I do the full NY Times crossword puzzle just about every day, time permitting...and I usually finish it.

I find myself awake at night and that's when I Wordle. It is typically between 2 and 4 am for some reason. All things change and I'm sure this is just a season. Also, the being tired gives me a great excuse when I make an obvious mistake.
THANK YOU!!!! I'm so glad I'm not the only one that does that! My problem isn't only focus, it's patience and not throwing in the first thing that comes to mind.
Wow... color me impressed. I'll attack the Spelling Bee after Wordle, but only as much as my free tries allow. If I paid for it I would feel obligated to play it and then it wouldn't Bee (see what I did there) fun.
But finishing the NYT crosswords... that's next level stuff there!
