What is going on in Arizona?

I have a habit like many of you routinely checking different websites that sell motorcycles. Today I found 5 ST1300's all for sale in the Phoenix Arizona area. Some of them are really sweet deals with tons of accessories including top boxes, heated grips, custom heated seats, bar extenders, etc. It is just getting into riding weather in AZ if you like sub 100 degree riding days. Looks like many good deals in the sunshine state.

What's going on in Arizona? Sounds like they are appropriating the State of Florida's nickname and ditching "The Grand Canyon State" nickname.

Just a SWAG bit I wonder how many of them are owned by snowbirds who are not going to go there this winter and rather than paying to store the bikes for a year, have just decided to sell them.

I've been flooded with "snowbird's" bikes the last month or so.
I guess age, covid, jobs, etc. have forced a lot of folks to sell them.
On the down side, just about every one of them, were garage queens, with frozen SMC's and brake issues from sitting each year.
Several folks were buying them up, then finding out, a lot of stuff needed to be serviced and replaced.

Find me a garage queen FJR1300 ES. 2018 or newer for a sweet price!

Looks like I should have been “on the hunt” for an ST about this time, last year ! Story of my life, a day late….. dollar short. ;-)
