Would it be possible to make for the 1100 and 1300? Might have higher volume to reach critical threshold You’d have more Canadians I’m sure if our buck wasn’t experiencing 35% shrinkage.

No, they are two totally different 'animals' as far as the mounting plate and such.

Would the wing be the same and then just a different mounting plate for each model?

That would probably work but most of the machine expense would be for the mounting plate.
The wings would just be a laser cut and a couple of counter sunk screw holes (they are mirror images of each other).

Curious - Are they the ones made by Motorcycle Larry or Rackman (not aware that Rackman made ST1300 ones)?
Rackman did make wings for the 1300. They came on my bike used so I don't know details for when they were produced. The covers look to have been CNC cut (like MCL), very clean.

Tony - Thanks - I never knew whether he got that far along before his health went south on him.
Keith Rosendahl who occasionally posts on this board was in on the original designs IIRC.
The mounting plates are totally different, the wings themselves appear to be about the same as the ST1100 version.

Mine are MCLs.
FYI - this is my setup. Just a short piece of tubing welded to the tipover bars (which the plastics tell you get used on occasion) and a foot peg mounted to a 1/2" bar. Held in place with a set-screw.
